Question about Cell Phones
Try putting phone into airplane mode for about 60 seconds. Leave WiFi off also. Turn airplane mode back off and check to see if download has stopped. If your on an android phone pull down the menu from up top of home screen and long press on the download in question. A menu will appear, select delete download and it should stop.
