Screwed on the nut
You need a service manual for this to basically guide you on how to remove the old roller.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).

E002/E000/E003/E261/E733 Error code: Due to AC line noise Error Code
Symptom E002/E000/E003/E261/E733: due to AC line noise. Description E002/E000/E003/E261/E733 occur due to AC line noise.
If the above error codes are frequently recorded in the error log, they might concern AC line noise. Cause When the machine tries to detect a Zero-cross signal of AC line, it will fail if a noise occurred around the zero-cross point. Since the fixing temperature is controlled based on the zero-cross signal, there is a possibility that the fixing temperature could not rise properly if a noise occurs several times. Field Remedy Replace the Switching Regulator PCB ***'y with a new one.
The circuit has been modified to resist a noise. REMEDY Caution
Press (* then 2 and 8 together then *)you are in service mode monitor:To clear the error, execute the following in service mode: COPIER>FUNCTION>CLEAR>ERR.
GOOD LUCK MATE ......KINDLY RATE ME !!!! THANKS.

SOURCE: I have an error code
It means that the "reader" cannot communicate with the "printer". That is to say, your device theoretically could be purely a printer as a stand alone device. But, it knows it has a scanner and document feeder attached and therefore expects to easily communicate with these external devices. Please check the communication cables between the 'reader" and the the "print engine". If your copier has been moved or shoved recently, the communication cables may have been disconnected or slightly disengeaged.Power off the device using the "REAL" power switch. If You are in doubt on where the true power switch is, pull the plug. Locate the cable that the doument feeder uses to connect to the main copier. Remove and re seat this plug. This "should" fix the problem unless you have deeper, uglier, expensive problems.I truly wish you well, and can assure you that the communication problem is an accurate description of the code. But you of course understand that WE are hoping for the most simple problem as opposed to the distinct possibility that you have circuit boards that that don't want to talk to each other anymore or a wiring harness issue. I'll say a digital prayer for you. :-) SPINAL
