I am a BT customer.I am having problems getting my e-mails in. My a/c seems to be blocked. It keeps asking me for my password, but then does not accept it

Mail application like the built in Mail app usually keep asking for password of a particular e-mail account when the stored password does not match with the actual password of the e-mail account. This usually happens when the password has been changed. Try changing your password using the E-mail provider's website and then input the new password in your Mail application.
