What is the manufacturer of the sprayer. The part you describe is the aerator that screws in. If you are looking for an aerator, any hardware store will have a replacement.

SPRAYER HEAD A11218 1M 2.2 GPM NEED TO FIND REPLACEMENT FOR THIS ITEM.

The A11218-1 is merely a plumbing standards number. Look further to try and find a manufacturer name or model. Or take it into a local professional plumbing supply store.

Pump sprayer has no suction

We have the exact same sprayer 2.1 GPM for our FIMCO and the engine runs but it will not suction. This happened once before last year and because it was under warranty they replaced it. Now it is happening again but FIMCO will not stand by this part because they don't "Warranty their warrenties.". What a bunch of ****! Stand by your products for pete's sake!!! If anyone has any solutions or ideas it would help us out a lot!

I have a 15 gallon Fimco trailer sprayer. Last

Bleach gives off corrosive vapors, so the internal parts of the pump may have corroded over time. Least expensive fix is to disassemble the pump, find and replace any corroded parts, but you'll be tinkering for a day and it may not be repairable anyway. More expensive but faster is to replace the pump - check the GPM rating and find it here for about $60 - $100. Good luck!

Looking to replace triger (leaks)

NorthStar brand equipment comes from Northern Tool. You can't replace the trigger, but they sell the replacement spray wand here and it's only $11.99. There are other wands, some longer, etc. They are pretty universal -- you just slide them onto the hose and tighten the band clamp. Good luck! If this is helpful, please rate my answer, thanks!

Paint sprayer won't pump

Ok, go to campbel hausfeld web site and download a manual for your sprayer : http://www.chpower.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/XManuals?langId=-1&storeId=10051&catalogId=10001
Find your model number and look at parts view. Pay paticular attention to the inlet and outet valves. They must be absolutely clean to function. These pumps must be thoroughly cleaned when finished.

How do I change the gun filter on Campbell hausfeld airless sprayer?

Assuming it is detached from hose, I would first unscrew the skinny end of the filter housing that goes into the gun at the gun handle. That's cause it looks fragile and allows easier access to the wrench positions where you break down the hex fitting from the filter housing. After unscrewing the hex fitting the filter cartridge should pull out easily for cleaning or replacement.

Not much pressure on fimco 15 gallon sprayer - purchased new 2.1 gpm motor - it sprays but not a lot comes out - seems not much pressure - Thanks.

Is it possible that the pick-up tube inside the sprayer is clogged up, or the hose it damaged? Maybe dirt in the spray handle/wand?

LAWN SPRAYER PUMP WILL NOT SUCTION

Disconnect the sprayer boom hose from Y splitter, and dd another Y splitter, then reconnect the boom hose to one side of the added splitter. Add a washing machine supply (female/female) to the other side of new Y. now attach garden hose to washing machine line and turn on the water faucet with pump running. This will charge and/or backwash the pump. Once pressure is achieved, turn on the boom and check for fluid movement, then turn the washer supply valve on Y to off, and disconnect. The pump should be primed and be cycling fluid from tank and back to tank. Ready to shift to boom for use. I leave the washer hose and assembly zip-tied onto sprayer for easy future priming, and pump wash between uses.

Fimco Sprayer , 25 gallon, 2.1 gpm, 12 Volts - Blowing fuses

Soiunds like you either have one of two things. Either the pump motor is bad or you have a wire that is shorted out. look for chaffed or bare wires or burnt spots on the sprayer and the machine towing it. one of the two is your issue. Hope this helps!
