recovery by email:
https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/183726
Recovery email address You don't have to provide a recovery email address, but we strongly encourage you to. Once you've started using Google as a signed-in user, we'll use your recovery email address to communicate with you under the following circumstances:
  • We need to confirm your username after you create an address
  • You can't sign in to Google
  • You've forgotten your password
  • You're about to run out of storage space
  • We need to alert you to any unusual activity involving your address
If you use Gmail, you may have added a recovery email address to your account when you first signed up. If you don't use Gmail, your password recovery address is the email address you used to sign up for your account (for example:myusername@yahoo.com)
To change or add a recovery address:
  1. Go to your Google Account Settings page.
  2. Scroll down to the "Signing in" box.
  3. Click Recovery email.
  4. Add your recovery email address.
  5. Click Done.
Your recovery address should be an email address that you use regularly.

Having a mobile phone number on your account is one of the easiest and most reliable ways to help keep your account safe and ensure that you can get back into your account if your account is taken over or you forget your password. Your mobile phone is a more secure identification method than your recovery email address or a security question because, unlike the other two, you have physical possession of your mobile phone.
Hackers target accounts without phones because they're easier targets. Add a phone and join hundreds of millions of other Google users who have helped stop hackers in their tracks.

To add a recovery phone number to your account:

  1. Go to your Google Account Settings page
  2. In the Personal info section, click Phone.
  3. In the Recovery phone section, click to add a recovery phone number if you don't have one yet.

Ways we will use your mobile phone number

We'll only use your mobile phone number to ensure the security of your account. Here are some ways we'll use it:
  • To challenge people when they try to take ownership of your account
  • To send you a verification code so you can get into your account if you ever lose access
  • To provide an alternate way for you to verify that you own an account
  • To help prevent people from getting into your account by guessing the answer to your security question
  • Optional: To alert you to possible threats to your account's security (for example, when your password is changed)

Ways we won't use your mobile phone number

Unless you make a specific request, we won't use your mobile phone number for anything other than protecting your account. For example, unless you tell us to, we'll never:
  • Sell your phone number to other companies or organizations
  • Call you for marketing purposes
  • Publish your phone number online

What type of phone you should use

You should use a mobile phone number so that you always have access to it. It's important that you can receive security alerts as soon as possible so that you can help keep your account safe.

How to recover my google mail wen its been so long or how down I get pics and stuff out of that gmail personal info

You may not be able to get your personal information and pictures out of the Google account unless you sign in to it. To troubleshoot the issue, you can refer to the sections below.
Before starting with the troubleshooting steps, we recommend you to try logging in to your account (if you have not tried this already) using the same email ID and password that you used when you last logged into the account.
If you are not able to login to your account, you can try using username and/ or password recovery options to recover or reset your username or password for the account. To do this, refer to the following Google support pages:
(Important: To use the options below, you must remember your recovery email ID and/ or recovery phone number that you may have mentioned on your Google account.)
If you remember your email ID but forgot the password, refer to "How to use your existing account recovery options in the event you're unable to log into your account" section in the link below to recover or reset your password:
https://support.google.com/mail/answer/185710?hl=en
If you have forgot your email ID, use the link below to get back your username:
https://support.google.com/dartsignin/answer/114766?hl=en
If you are not able to recover your account by following the steps above, you may need to fill up Google's Account Recovery form. To know what it is, refer to the following support page by Google:
https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/183733?hl=en
Hope this will resolve your issue.

How to make another password,i forgot my password in my account

  • If you have forgotten your password, and your YouTube account is not yet linked to a Google Account, please click here.
  • If you don't remember what email address is associated with your YouTube account, please click here.
  • If you have forgotten your password, and your account is linked to a Google Account, please click here. Since your accounts are linked, your YouTube password is the same as your Google Account password. Therefore, you will need to enter the email address associated with your Google Account to reset your password.

NOTE: If you've lost access to the email address associated with your Google Account, there are still recovery options. Simply enter the email address to which you don't have access and click Submit. After submitting the verification code, you will be presented with your recovery options.
