Question about Panasonic CQ-VX100U 7 in. Car DVD Player
Can i fix this problem the deck still works good other than this
It sounds like something may be pushing up against it or the frame may be bent. Look closely to see if the installer may have forced the cage up against the unit, maybe bent it and it is too tight, or, possible the plastic dash panel or trim ring is against the screen after it comes all the way out. It will eventually burn the motor out if it is, so, either bring it back to the installer to fix it if it is, or pull it out yourself and file it off until the additional plastic that may be touching is clear of the unit's face.

SOURCE: How to reset the id-code
I dont know if there is a way to reset it... Look up the manual for the CQVX100U on the internet, and see if there is a procedure... If not, contact Panasonic customer service 1-800-211-7262
