Question about Computers & Internet
Srptm has stopped working...How do I get rid of this file? I do not have Snapdo on my computer. I tried deleting the file in the LPT file but it will not let me. I tried stopping it in Windows Task Manager. It goes away for 30 seconds and then it is back. The message comes up every few seconds. WHAT CAN I DO????
Click on start and type in msconfig into the search box. Check the services and startup tab for Srptm or snap do and uncheck the box. Be careful in there though. If you accidently uncheck something that renders your pc unusable you will have to start in safe mode and recheck them. Shutting it down hard should give you the ability to start in safe mode. Write down anything you uncheck.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

This is most likely a system glitch. Try a system restore first, then a system repair with your operating system disc if the restore doesn't do the trick. You should be able to get into the system tools from the task manager to do the restore.

Sounds like the explorer.exe process might be restarting. Open Task manager and keep refreshing the processes to see if explorer.exe disappears/re-appears.

Hi. If your Issue is about your internet explorer then you could just try using a different browser like mozilla firefox or google chrome, about the performance of your computer you can clean some files on your C: drive or perform a virus scan, or if you want you could restore your system to its original factory settings by accessing the Recovery Partition on your laptop, by the way before you restore your system make sure that you have a backup of all your important files on a flash drive or on a external harddrive because when you use the One Key Recovery (OKR) it would delte everything on your computer and restore it to its original settings just like the first time you got your machine. The way to acces the OKR is to press the NOVO button or the small button just beside the power button and make sure that the ac adapter is plugin to your computer, and from there just choose system recovery and it will guide you to the whole process of recovering you machine. hope this helps
