Question about 2001-2005 Dodge Stratus 2DR RT Custom Style Spoiler
The brake light circuit has power all the time. the blower circuit only has power with the key on. there is a brake light switch on the lever part of the brake pedal, it might have been moved out of adjustment

With more than one thing not working I would think it is a power problem. Are the brakes & blower on the same circuit/fuse? Perhaps it is blown... Or maybe something as simple as a wire got knocked loose.
