Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
I don't know what the guy above is talking about, but as I'm sure you know, this is a ColorWave 300 printer. It is inkjet and therefore does not have a fuser. This could be the Z-motor, which is located right underneath the green waste tray. If there is and ink leak over the Z-motor, it will fry it. It's problematic to fix, mostly because of the mess with the ink and the tight area that you have to work in. Definitely not for amateurs.

Let's go to reset the fuser error first. the procedure is;
1st turn power off then turn it on while holding down the "utility/counter" key, the touch the " trouble reset " when " OK " display then turn power off, wait for about 15 sec. then turn it on .
