click on the following link to download and install malwarebytes antimalware. You will also need to install an antivirus program if you don't already have one.

See the end of this message for details on invoking just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box. ************** Exception Text ************** System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException: Cannot anchor...

Not sure whether this is a Q.
To enable just in time (JIT) debugging, the config file for this application or machine (machine.config) must have the jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section. The application must also be compiled with debugging enabled. For example: <configuration> <system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" /> </configuration> When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the machine rather than being handled by this dialog.
In VS the way to enable/disable that is: 1-On the "TOOLS" menu, click Options. 2-In the Options dialog box, select the Debugging folder. 3-In the Debugging folder, select the Just-In-Time page. 4-In the Enable Just-In-Time debugging of these types of code box, select or clear the relevant program types: Managed, Native, or Script. To disable Just-In-Time debugging, once it has been enabled, you must be running with Administrator privileges. Enabling Just-In-Time debugging sets a registry key, and Administrator privileges are required to change that key. 5-Click OK.
It has to be done by the developer and its his responsible to guide the application error reporting to the system event handlers. If this is an issue which occurs in a certain app, have to check for the .net version (specially in vista). Many 1.0 and 1.1 based apps give the problem. To install dotnet fw 1.1 on Vista will give an error. Most of the time caused by DEP (Data Execution Prevention). But the thing is some software forces the installation of .net framework (older versions). How ever Vista is packed with .net 3.0 and 2.0. Even if you allowed to install will not be able to uninstall 2.0 (possible to remove 3.0 though).
How to solve the installation issue: This issue is resolved in Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 SP1, however you will need to use the following procedure to install both the .NET Framework and the Service Pack at the same time: Download Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 Redistributable Package and Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 Service Pack 1 using links below: Dotnet Framework 1.1 Redest Dotnet Framework 1.1 SP1
Save both installations in the same directory Ensure that the Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 Redistributable Package is named dotnetfx.exe. If not, change its name to dotnetfx.exe. Ensure that Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 Service Pack 1 is named dotnetfxsp1.exe. If not, change its name to dotnetfxsp1.exe. Open command prompt as Administrator, and change to the directory where the two installations are saved. Run the following commands using the order shown below dotnetfx.exe /c:"msiexec.exe /a netfx.msi TARGETDIR=C:dotnet" dotnetfxsp1.exe /Xp:C:dotnet etfxsp.msp msiexec.exe /a c:dotnet etfx.msi /p c:dotnet etfxsp.msp Install both Microsoft .Net Framework 1.1 and Service Pack 1 by running C:dotnet etfx.msi
The systems must be backed up before trying this specially the system state. How ever the keys can be repaid in a damage This thread will also be helpful http://blogs.msdn.com/b/astebner/archive/2007/03/26/how-to-repair-the-net-framework-2-0-and-3-0-on-windows-vista.aspx...

Here is what I do whenever I come across one that crashes. shuts down, freezes and what not. I clean out a lot of junk files, run scans, and clean the inside of the PC itself. all the unnecessary, temp internet files, and cookies (use disk cleanup, or if you have any other computer maintenance programs with one.) Check for viruses, spyware, malware, adware, and bots. They can run in the background and multiply their processing tasks, therefore hogging all your CPU and RAM and causing these issues. I suggest Spyware Doctor and/or Spyboy S&D, Kaspersky and/or Norton. You can get Spyware doctor for free by downloading it in the google pack (go to google and search google pack), and Spybot S&D is free. Another thing that can be done also is to clean the inside of your PC. You wouldn't believe how bad loads of dust and whatnot can affect a PC. I have taken computers that have had similar problems and opened them up and there was dust CAKED on the Motherboard, RAM, in the plugs, fans, and Hard Drives. I clean all of it out and it work 100% better. Dust can carry static charges and cause shorts in your hard ware, so it is important for best performance to keep your PC clean on the inside and in its files.

Two ISA server in one domain

Assuming that your objective is to have an ISA server to protect each building's separate internet connection while maintaining a separate link for the internal networks between buildings then the answer is yes.

Here are a few things to watch:

1. Each building needs to be on its own subnet

2. You can connect the buildings to each other through ISA in several ways or by using a layer 3 switch or router on each end. Either way, you'll need to provide routes between the two private networks.

3. If you only have on DC and it's handling all DHCP you'll need to make sure that the switches can handle DHCP helpers and configure this appropriately. If you need help on this, let me know.

4. If you want to have the ability to quickly configure one ISA server to handle traffic for the opposite building in the event of an internet failure you'll need to configure a short DHCP lease. That way you can re-configure the gateway and get it out quickly to the clients after a failure, i.e. if you can stand an hour without internet easily, a one hour lease would be appropriate. The price for this is increased DHCP overhead traffic on the network.

If you are looking for a true high availability solution where you'll have no downtime on either side if the internet goes down then you will need ISA Enterprise on each end and the implementation will be quite complex and well beyond the scope of what we can do here.

If any of my assumptions are wrong, let me know and I'll try to fill in the holes.

My 2002 chevy imapla shuts off while in drive. Starts back up, but shuts off again. Battery & Alternator good. Any suggestions.

Your fuel filter may be at the end of it's life and needs to be replaced. The filter may be too dirty now and is restricting the fuel flow causing the engine to stall, If the fuel filter has not been replaced within 30,000 miles or 1 year. There isa good chance that the filter is the problem, good luck and hope it's not the fuel pump going bad. Keep me posted friend

Wmi error comes and vista hangs

Event filter with query "SELECT * FROM __InstanceModificationEvent WITHIN 60 WHERE TargetInstance ISA "Win32_Processor" AND TargetInstance.LoadPercentage > 99" could not be reactivated in namespace "//./root/CIMV2" because of error 0x80041003. Events cannot be delivered through this filter until the problem is corrected.

Boot into safe mode. First, open services and stop the Windows Management Instrumentation Service. Take ownership of the folder or the contents of the folder "C:\Windows\System32\wbem\Repository." I've done this three times now on different installs and didn't have any issues after doing this, but I suggest you back up the folder to be certain. Delete the contents of the folder. Reboot. When you boot into Vistamag-glass_10x10.gif, you might notice a half dozen or so application errors...it's OK.
Reboot again, and Event ID 10 will be gone, along with the afore mentioned application errors.

Good luck, I'm not responsible for you hosing your system, & all that.

ISA 2004 - DHCP + MAC Address

This would need to be configured on whatever system it is that is serving DHCP. Assuming it is the same box as ISA Server, it would then have to be running Microsoft DHCP. In Microsoft's DHCP, you can assign reservations for specific MAC addresses. You need to open the DHCP management console, then expand out the server name. If the server name is not listed, you will need to connect to the server hosting the DHCP service by right clicking on the root node, etc.

Assuming you have a connection to the DHCP server and can see the zone you are referring to (172.16.2.0/23 which contains all addresses in the subnet to which you refer), under the zone, right click on Reservations and choose New Reservation. Enter a name, the specific IP address for that machine and the MAC address. That's all there is to it. Next time that machine requests an address from the DHCP server, it will issue the address you configured. It will not issue it to any other machine.
