Check to see if the thermostat is possibly being blocked by something. If one zone is working correctly there must be an obstruction or problem with the thermostat sensor.
Sorry can't be of more help

Testimonial: "Thanks for response. Pulled all control apart, disconnected and reseated all connectors at the Control unit and at the compressor solenoid valve. Then tried running again for a few minutes everything ran correctly, I could hear and see the temperature regulating within a degree or two of the set temp in both zones the it made a click at the back and started overcooling. I tapped the solenoid valve (not to hard with a screwdriver handle) and it regulated for a few more minutes. Think my Solenoid valve is sticking and I'm guessing the would require a refrigeration mechanic to drain the system, replace the valve, then recharge and set the pressures. Beyond my ability. Thanks Michael"

Bottom level of wine cooler frosted up. Trying to defrost. What is the problem?

It sounds like your thermostat is set to low, if there is a fan check it. That can also happen for a while before it quits working if there is a refrigrent leak.

Not colling

Check the back to see if the compressor is running or just really hot. If it is not running it could be a thermostat issue, but if it is hot and not running, that means your compressor has problems and will need to be replaced.

Wine cooler frost buildup

Some dual temperature wine coolers build up frost in the rear and top of the main compartment. Check the defrost timer, located either inside the main compartment near the light, or outside on the back of the wine cooler near the compressor. Look in the owner's manual for the correct settings for the defrost timer and adjust yours as needed. Make sure that you have the wine cooler in a spot where the outside temperature remains at or near room temperature to reduce frost buildup.

Did you read the owners manual? It will be kind of hard to tell you because there are so many different settings for different areas.
