You need to do a hard reset, also known as a factory reset. This scrubs the tablet clean and reloads the Android operating system with no password set.
Power Off
Press and hold the On button and the Volume Up Bottom for 12 seconds.
When you see the Recovery console, Choose the Factory Reset option.
I will attempt to tackle your problem, however, I am uncertain if you need to bypass the bios password or the login password to windows operating system. Some hard drives also have passwords but from your question it seems to be one of the former 2. If it is a bios password or a windows login you can google Hiren's boot CD 15.2 restored v 1.1 DVD Proteus.ISO and follow the directions for creating a Bootable USB or burn it to DVD with any .ISO image burner like roxio or download image burn...it's free. At start up you may have to press esc or f-11 or f-12 to get the boot menu, choose the device that the boot CD is on by using the arrows on the keyboard, highlight the device and press enter, you will get the menu from the CD, depending on your issue , bios password you must go into dos mode, if login to windows you can enter either dos or mini windows xp or mini windows 7 and follow the instructions to remove or reset the passwords. Yes......give me your service tag number and I will generate the password for you, I have the factory service tag to password generator.....you have a bios password lock. If you also run into a windows password the horns CD will help you.
Hi there, the is no official supported way to unlock an iCloud locked device beside using the password or resetting it(via apple process), many 3rd part site boast about being able to do so however I do not have first hand knowledge that they are successful. I am so confident in the fact that you will not be able to remove the iCloud lock that I would be will to say "you can't" but anything is possible. You can sell the device for parts. Sorry I am not able to offer you more help.
Go to the settings icon - then go down till you see iCloud and iTunes and Appstore. You need to go to both and sign out of them. You might need to enter the password of the former itunes holder.
If you cant get with that you can reset it with the iTunes
To reset the iPad, (iPod, iPhone) press the home button and the on / off button and hold both, till the apple logo appears on the screen. Then release both buttons. It will take about half a minute, till the start screen appears again.
If your iPad has iOS 7 and there is a lock screen asking for the password for an Apple ID, shown only partially don't bother resetting the iPad,because this question will com back whatever you try or whatever you do. Till now nobody has cracked that one. You need the password from the former owner. Read my other post about unlocking iPxxx.
