Question about LG Cell Phones
I tried to put my password but it did not work
Try the techs at your cell phone carrier's stores. They will be able to ascertain that the phone belongs to you and will most likely get you back in.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Don't know whether this is the same problem. I just got a picture message and was going around in circles for ages before I figured out how to view it.
When I first put in my phone number and 8 digit code, I got a box with a load of computer jargon above it. I entered my phone number and code again in this box and then got the phone number of the sender with the date the message was sent, a Re: message and an expiry date in a grey box. Eventually, I clicked on the sender's phone number. Play, rewind, print and forward buttons then appeared underneath. I clicked on the play button and my picture appeared.
I hope this works for you too.
