Testimonial: "I haven't tried that yet, thought I would try every other option lol.... Also didn't want to waste cash if it was the sensor on the tv! I have read you can remove the front and replace the sensor but not sure about this at all lol.... Thanks for reply, any further help would be appreciated."
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Check to see, what format the television set that widescreen etc. this may be all that's wrong with your set. If the problem persists the vertical height needs to be adjusted. Most likely through the service menu, if units under warranty you can call Akai. For further structures.

It's possible that the motherboard or the controller board for the screen is defective. At this point, I would use the warranty from Vizio. It should be no doubt that it covered. Here's the info you will need from the Vizio web site.
