Well first I would like to say don't and I repeat don't buy cheats EA is very strict on this and could ban your account for doing so.
1. Depending on how its froze up you could try restarting the app itself. Double press the home button (the round one) and you will see a list of running apps pop up depending on ur ios version u should just be able to slide it up and off the screen. Then try to restart the app.
2. If it still doesn't work restart your ipad by holding the button on the top button and slide to power off. Once it comes back on try again.
3. Next try to delete the app by pressing on it and holding. The apps will begin to shake and you may delete it from there. Once its deleted restart the ipad then reinstall it from the app store.
4. Finally would be doing a hard reset. Hold the "Sleep/Wake" button on the upper right of your iPad along with the circular "Home" button on the lower middle part of the device's bezel. After 10 seconds, you should see the Apple logo.
5. If none of these work you may have an ongoing issue that you will need to wait for an update from EA to fix.

you can google for the standard in game cheats. If you are talking about unlimited money etc.. You will need the custom Simpsons Tapped out .apk file. Can be found by google search. Remove original copy. Once you find it you will need to browse to your downloads folder with your file manager and install the game. You may need to go to your settings and allow third party app install. Good luck

I can imagine a way, but have never tested it. I'm not sure whether Donut (Android 1.6) has the required feature, as present both in Eclair (2.1) and Froyo (2.2). By the way, if you are still in Donut, Eclair is available for you to have your phone ugraded. You must have PC Companion running on your PC for that.
