Question about Computers & Internet
Trying to install Norton-360 Version-20 Program, but the message keeps telling that the program WILL-NOT install in "COMPATIBILITY-MODE." How do I get this program to run in "NORMAL-MODE?"
Right click the setup.exe go to properties and you wil be able to turn off compatibility mode off there

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

To run Rebirth on Windows 7, you have to install Virtual PC and XP mode and install Rebirth using XP mode. You can gat both virtual PC and XP mode from Microsoft here http://www.microsoft.com/windows/virtual-pc/download.aspx
Just follow the instructions on this page and it should worl fine. (It worked for me)

Make sure to back up the registry before modifying it. For
more information about the registry, refer to your Windows
documentation or contact Microsoft.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders
For each of these keys on the right hand side there is a Data column. Each entry that refers to a variable or a path name - each value needs to refer to a valid drive, path or variable. These path names may be unique to your individual PC - to restore the defaults it may be necessary to examine a known working machine, or contact a Microsoft Windows technician for additional help.

SOURCE: Print driver for Windows 7
You may need to upgrade your product. I see PDF Professional 4 is Win7 compatible on the company's web site. The Windows Compatibility Center doesn't list the product.
Alternatively, you could install the older version in a computer with XP (either a dual-boot or virtual computer). If you have Win7 Pro or Ultimate, you can run the XP mode (two programs to download and install from Microsoft). Otherwise you'll need a valid product key for XP. You may need to place files on external media to transfer them from the real computer to the virtual one and back.
I hope this helps.

yes can be, just follow these steps:
Not compatible or not working well with windows 7?
Maybe, It doesn't work because the driver/application you installed is for other versions of operating system. I am also using windows 7 like you so don't you worry, You can still use your old installer/driver from other versions of operating systems. Just remember that before installing any program in a windows 7 Operating System Computer, Use "troubleshoot compatibility". Right Click the Icon of your program installer/application first, then choose "troubleshoot compatibility". This will allow you to choose on what type operating system your program will run. Just reply back if it still doesn't work.:D rate and vote for me:))
