Question about Blackberry Q10
My blackberry Q10 has stopped working because somehow the password has been keyed in more than 10 times. The error message bberror.com/bb10-0015 appears. How do I get this re-booted again? Thanks H Roberts
Hold down the power button and the up volume button for 6 seconds. .... release power button... then volume up button.. and follow instructions to factory reset the device
