You will need to purchase a data plan from your local cell phone company, or connect to a wifi (wireless) access point.

Emails many of them show dailed to send this is from a Samsung tablet. WHY???

Do you mean 'delayed', Jim?

There are two ways that emails can go

1. on wifi

2. on a data plan

If you don't have a data plan, they can only go on wifi. Sometimes the wifi connection to the server stalls. There must be a connection to your server for them to leave. Often a reboot will fix.

If I use all 32 gigs of data and not on a plan what happens to my tablet

I would think your tablet has 32 gigs of memory.....which has nothing to do with data. If your not on a plan, most likely you use your tablet on WiFi? Either way, if you go over on data you get charged, although in your case you don't have a no problem for you. If you use all your tablets memory, your tablet will most likely slow down and files will need to be deleted. Your tablet lives either way.

Why wont my ipad connect to internet . all that it does is give the name of ipad but nothing more , why is this ?

Unless your tablet has 3g/4G LTE data plan from a cellular provider you will need to use a WiFi access point. No idea about your tech ability so does this make sense to you?

What service does phablet take? We got a art sim card and used a straight talk card but we can't reset and save new network info. Only my phone works and can't receive pics or internet. I can access f

You need to use a service that supplies data. Voice only will work to make voice calls, but won't have a data plan associated with it. Data only plans will work, after a fashion, but you would need to use Skype to make voice calls...

So a voice+data plan assigned to a SIM is what you need to use a phablet properly.

How do i use my cell phone as a modem for my tablet?

You can either use BlueTooth or setup a Wireless Hotspot (to share your cellular data access to your tablet via wifi), depending on the type of device you have.
Regardless, some carries do not allow this feature by default. You may have to call your cellular provider and ask them if your current account supports 'data tethering'.
If not, ask them to enable it, though there may be a fee.

If you don't want to pay the fee, you can present the point that you are paying for XGB of data, and how you use should not be restricted by the carrier. Sometimes they will waive the fee if you are aware that you can consume data quicker and potentially incur overage fees.
That said, if you are on an unlimited data plan, the carrier may not have a tethering option, as this would allow people to use their cellular data for all their devices at no additional cost. So you may have to switch from Unlimited data, to a data limit, in order to enable tethering.

Hope that helps.

How to I put data onto my tablet when I don't have wifi

You don't need internet, to put data on a tablet (or on a computer) entering data, is typing a note, or making a picture. Then save it. That is how data becomes data. But if you want to receive data from the internet, most tablets need a wireless connection. And unless you have a hotspot close to home, the only way would be to visit a Starbucks or McDonald, where they offer free WiFi, while you are consuming there.
More and more firms offer free WiFi, when you are visiting them.
If you want WIFi at home, you first need an internet connection. If you already have an internet connection for a computer, you could buy a wireless router and connect it to the same router you already use for the computer. If you don't have an internet connection, you should get one. Most providers, now offer routers with WiFi and cable connection.
Sometimes if you have a smart phone, with internet connection, you can setup our phone as a hotspot for your tablet. But some providers try to block that.

And soem tablets do have a possibility (they cost more) to insert a sim card. For those you goto a provider and arrange a data plan for the tablet.

I hope this helps. Make sure you don't have a WiFi router, before you buy one.

Is there a fee?

If you buy a Samsung Galaxy Tab with 3g, the carrier will subsidize the initial cost but charge you for data per month just like a smartphone data plan. If you choose the wi-fi only version you will pay a higher cost for the device but WILL NOT have to pay a monthly fee, your internet will come from wireless routers, not 3G towers.
