Question about Washing Machines
Q =20l/min HZ = 50 When I turn on a household tap the Automatic Pump Control "failure" light comes on. No water is delivered. If I turn power off and rotate motor fan blade then turn power on... pump works. Also noticed that house lights dim when turn tap on at start. Thanks for advice.

It sounds like the pump motor or the impeller may be damaged. The "F02" error code is usually attributed to a pump failure or clog somewhere in the drain system. If you have made sure that the drain lines and pump reservoir are clean, and the pump still does not run properly, I would replace it. The first link explains the "F02" error and how to check the pump.
This second link explains how to replace the drain pump:
A replacement pump can be found at searspartsdirect.com. Just type in your model number and the pump can be found under the "Pump and Motor Parts" heading as item number 10 (part #8181684). This is a simple repair. Just read through the instructions thoroughly before starting any repairs. If you need further assistance, please let me know. If you do not wish to purchase parts on line, use the part number provided and take to your nearest appliance parts retailer. I hope this is helpful to you.

I had the same problem, it turned out to be the "U-Joint", which was a fairly easy repair. The part comes as a kit, (It is probably very common), the cost I got from Sears was $112. With tax and a $44 overnight delivery charge, my total was $170. And while I had it apart, I also cleaned all the gunk out.

probably better change the pump if you feel any up and down slack in the impellor. you may have an ingress of water through the seal.
