I need Win 7 drivers for a Panasonic DVD Model UJ880A

It should be part of the operating system - if you just can't play DVDs your problem may be you don't have any decoding software installed. But here is a link to Matshita (Panasonic) drivers - http://www.driverscape.com/download/matshita-dvd-ram-uj880a

How To install Win 7 on 7VT600P-RZ

There are no Gigabyte drivers for this motherboard under Win 7.
Use the default Win7 drivers for the VIA 600 chip set.
If the default Win7 drivers do not work, (A 0.1% chance), the solution is LINUX.

If you have the Win7 software discs and the product key you should be OK. I'd backup all of your data, then using the Win7 disc, full format the drive and install Win7. Be sure your BIOS is set to boot from the CD/DVD ROM.

Hi.

The "tfght" message means that some of the files, folders and sub folders are compressed.
Boot the Windows 7 DVD, choose Custom install, on "Where do you want to install Windows" screen, click on Load Driver. Now use the mini-explorer which pops up to rightclick on System HD then choose Properties. Uncheck "Compress Drive to save Disk Space" for All Files and Sub-Folders. Restart.
That should solve the problem.
However you may have to start again. Click on the link below for an in-depth guide on how to dual boot XP and Windows 7.

How do I down load Windows 2007 to my computer

Hi,

First of all its not windows 2007, its Windows 7. There are two options. Both need Win7 CD/DVD.

1. if you have currently vista installed, you can upgrade it by inserting the win7 dvd and selecting upgrade.
2. If you want a fresh installation, make sure the win7 DVD is bootable. That means when you insert the dvd in drive and turn you system on, the DVD should start win 7 setup.

Step 2 requires that your first boot device should be the DVD ROM. If you dont know how to check or set this, please revert with what computer do you have. Make/Model.

You have not told us just when you get the BSOD. I would set the Win7 hard drive to be the first boot drive and just use the other to store data.
If you have a need to use both WIN7 and XP, I suggest you use Oracle's Virtual Box and run Win XP within it.
If you are getting the BSOD using just the Win7 drive without the other drive hooked up, you'll need to boot from a Win7 DVD and tell it to repair the system

It is a 2005 machine and was designed for Vista so an upgrade from Vista to Win7 may work as the drivers will need updating as it loads one OS from the other OS.
A bios update would possibly help also.

It may not be what you want to hear, but with that set up, maybe you should stick with XP if your motherboard is not WIN7 compatable.
The easy way round your audio problem is to buy a cheap PCI soundcard that is WIN7 compatable

After up grate from win xp to win7 no sound

Hello

Win 7 does not support direct sound.Go to controlpanel and run the windows update.
This should find your sound device and download the drivers for it.

Check the pc manufactures websight for audio drivers also for win 7.
