Question about Dryers
Does it do the same thing when empty if so then the weight sensor cicruit has an issue and would appear to not be sending correct data too the controller could be a bad connection
sometimes the low voltage supply to the controller board develops a bad electrolytic capacitor and instead of like 5v DC then you get a bit less like 4.6 and it is not smooth as the capacitor usually removes the ripple but when the capacitor/s goes dry you get issues like this youll realise it could be nothing wrong mechanicaly but simply replace the smoothing cap/s

SOURCE: Tumble Dryer won't start
assuming what you say you checked is correct and working then the next place to look is the start relay, located behind the front timer control panel, this sis more often than not a cubed shape box made of clear plastic with about 6 spade connectors on it, look for burn marks inside it, replace if looks damaged, do not attempt to bypass or short out to test, as you will blow the timer or and control circuit board and cause extensive damage

Dryers have a drive belt that turns the clothes drum. If the belt breaks, the drum stops rotating. Then you need to replace the belt, and often the idler pulley, because the pulley tends to wear out at the same time.
Click here for a belt installation diagram.
Motor If the dryer motor only hums when you press the Start button, the motor may be burned out. Here's how to test the dryer motor:
If the motor rotates freely, run the motor momentarily with the belt removed and the blower in place. If the motor runs fine with the belt removed, there may be a problem with the idler pulley or the clothes drum. Try to rotate the drum by hand. If it is very difficult to move, correct any problem with the rollers or pulley, and then reassemble the dryer and try it again.
If the motor hums but doesn't rotate on its own even with the belt removed--yet you can turn it freely by hand--you usually need to replace the motor or the motor start capacitor.
Door switch Your dryer can't operate at all if the door switch is defective. It's inside the dryer main housing near the door frame. Sometimes you need to raise or open the top or front of the dryer to reach the switch. If it's defective, you need to replace it.
if this helps please vote me a fix ya

The problem is that you stopped a cycle before the program knob reached the "STOP" (12 o'clock on the knob). All you have to do is turn on the machine, turn the knob to STOP, and wait a couple of seconds. You'll hear a tone and the ON/OFF light will stop blinking. Turn the program knob to the cycle you want and- viola! you're good to go!
