Question about Konica Minolta BizHub C252
Ive bought 2 new toners from different suppliers but the message reappears still, please help me out
You may have to get into the printer settings on your PC and tell the printer it has a new cartridge installed. the easiest way is to open the computer folder and right click your printer and select properties. you can also go to start-control panel-hardware and sound and select view devices and printers then right click your printer and either select printer properties or troubleshoot. troubleshoot may give you an answer or idea how to correct the toner issue
