SOURCE: Sony SLV-N71 VCR makes a rattling sound (ff, rew)

I make no claim to being any kind of an expert techie but it sounds to me like there are one or more loose or badly worn parts inside your machine. If you haven't had a look at the innards, try that. Loose things can usually be re-secured and, sometimes, worn parts can be replaced.

SOURCE: how do u get off

Press MENU on the remote for the Sony VCR. Go into the ADVANCED OPTIONS. Next scroll down to the line that says NEXT for next page because its on the second page of advanced options. Press enter or execute to see the second page. On this second page look for APC (adaptive picture control) and you can set it ON or OFF. Set to OFF to remove APC from the front panel display. Note: it is recommended to have APC set to ON.

What does the light flashing on a sunbeam electric blamket controller mean and why wont the blanket heat up

The flashing red light is designed to notify you in the event that
a problem has been discovered by flashing the light on the base unit.

Before resetting the unit. First, check the blanket/mattress
pad for visual damage.
If no visual damage is found, unplug the system from wall outlet.
Check that the base unit is well connected to the module. Plug the power cord into the wall outlet. Set the base unit to "On." If the system still does not operate after two or three times trying to reset, disconnect the power cord and get it checked out by a specialist!

Wait for the power to come back on. If it's already back on, unplug the unit from the wall, unplug all devices from the unit. Plug the unit in, turn it on, let it sit for an hour before reconnecting devices to it.

HP 1610 "scanner Failure" message

It MIGHT be that the unit is no good. The downside of ALL IN ONE products. BUT, unplug the power cord from the back of the all in one, then unplug the USB cable, then unplug power cord from wall. Wait 10 minutes and plug everything back in in reverse order and see if it works. If not it is bad.
