There is ice on the freezer fan motor. If it is not ruined, simply turning the fridge off for a day and leaving the doors open might clear out the blockage and the fan may start working again. If not, then you need a new fan assy. If you are not really handy on repairing these kinds of things, prepare to spend a few hundred to have it fixed by a qualified repairman. When you shut the fridge off, make sure you put your food in another fridge or cooler with some ice in it... just sayin's all.

assuming fan now working. clean out vents/ drain holes (make sure no ice in bottom of freezer or in fridge unit)i.e. a total defrost.then check door seals all okay(no air leaks) if unit was trying to defrost itself and you reset to colder it will need to reset itself.....

Fridge does not keep cold, but freezer is over freezing, icemaker not making ice also.

You should be able hear, and feel the air from, a running fan inside the cabinet, in either side. The common arrangement is having the coils located (behind the wall) in the freezer section and then the fan moves a controlled amount of the frigid air to the refrigerator section via openings located in the rear of the compartment. The vents are normally adjustable so the temperature can be balanced between the two compartments.  If there is no noticeable air coming from this vent, then the fan has died.

Hot house,, effect on freezer temperature

cork....this is interesting. First, I'm going to suggest that you remove all the ice from the unit and clean it. Use a hair dryer to melt the ice and then make it dry. Reassemble. Many of these units allow you to remove the ice maker bucket. Don't forget to clean that up. There is a way on many of these units to turn off the ice maker...If you leave it too full, the defrost cycles will melt the ice together causing your problem. On my Kenmore, I keep the bucket about half full. Generally, the preset temp should be 40 in the fridge and 5-10 in the freezer. If either of these is warmer, you have shorter food life. By the way...Mom will feel warmer if she has a humidifier in the house. Get the cold vapor type.
