I need help I get hacked. Still no help

In most countries Hacking is illegal. Helping hackers will be illegal in the same countries. So don't ask other people to do something they can end up in jail, when doing so.

Through the years enough is written and enough is landed on the net, to find out what and how to hack. Be aware you really have to know lots of things about networking, and more than just something about IP addresses and Mac addresses.

Feel free to search the net and fee free to learn what you want, but don't expect an answer from the volunteers here, because it is not legal.
