This is most likely because the back cover holds the battery securely in place, Most phones won't operate without the back cover on them.

I lost the back cover and my LG MACH won't turn on how can I turn it on without the back cover

LGMach seems to be a smart phone (above title is air-conditioners).

However, if the device won't turn on without the back cover, perhaps there is a small micro switch which needs to be pressed ( a small piece of tape/chewing gum might do it), or else there was some kind of electrical contact strip on the cover that needs to touch/make contact between two points on the circuit within the main body (sometimes the battery needs to be pressed by a cover to work properly in tiny products, even if it is not actually a contact strip). Otherwise there is some other sophisticated high tech wizardry that is hidden within the cover tat may not be able to be duplicated so easily. Good luck.

It may not be the fact that you lost the back, but if it is, order a replacement.

My lg mach lost back and won't turn on

Check around the back of the machine. There is probably a micro-switch that needs to be closed before the machine will run.

How do I my wedding ring out of my washing maching, it fell in there last night, on the top part between the lid and the top back part

If it fell between the bole and the housing the cover will have to be removed. if it can be turned upside down it may fall out. If it is inside the bole it may be under the agertater or or in the water pump housing.

My LG LCD 32LD350 seemed to have been fried in a storm last night, stanby red light no longer lit and won't turn on, still see some green lighting inside televison, but it won't turn on, Is it

Is it repairable, well, this question can be answered only after opening the back cover and evaluating the damage. From you side, please connect the TV to a different power outlet where other similar devices are working and see. Then try changing the input device to something that sure works. If it does not work even then, this may need attention by a qualified service technician.

Mach 3 cyclone hoover vac

I have a MACH 3 Cyclone that is only a few months old that just suddenly stopped working and went totally dead like there was no power going to it.

I tested the power switch and noticed that there was no power running to the switch.

I then noticed that the switch sat on top of a very long adjustable handle so I figured I would check the pwer connection at the base of the handle.

1) I unscrewed the 2 screws closest to where the power cord goes into the vacuum.
2) Pulled the small blue cover partially out (it wouldn't come out all the way)
3) I found that there is a power cord (looked like a really small extension cord) that runs through the inside of the handle. Adjusting the height of the handle must have made it come uplugged at some point. I plugged this cord back in.
4) I reattached the small blue cover and screwed the 2 screws back in.

This fixed the problem.

I am willing to be that this is a common issue with this vacuum cleaner. Its a 5 minute very easy fix and strongly suggest checking this if your vaccuum suddenly goes completely dead without warning.
