What about the message CID2? What exactly is that.

What is the problem? If you "mark all as read" then that's exactly what it's doing. It marks all messages as having been read, which means that there are no unread messages --- which is exactly what it's showing.

Operating System?
Exact error message?
When does the message appear?

1. It depends on error message you are receiving when you try to login. Please repost your issue with the exact error message you are getting.

Check the Message Centre Number for your phone operators number are correct, located in Message settings

If you really dont know about for the exact number call to your operator for the exact number

If you are inserting link with the message, some selected links are not allowed to be inserted with the message or with the IM's or with your posts. I hope that is the problem with you. But if you are not inserting any link, then I am not sure what exactly do you mean when you say 'undercover messages"

(I can't exactly tell what websites are blocked by facebook, but I am sure of one website i.e. 4shared.com an online file sharing website)

Reset the error message as follows: To cancel the error message, turn the rotary selector switch to "Stop/End" or press the "Start/Stop" switch for approx. 5 secs. Then switch the appliance off and then back on again. If the fault message reappears, please contact our Customer Service.

I had the same problem, this worked for me:

Mode -> page 2 -> Exact/Approx change from "Exact" -> "Auto"
