Firstly, make sure machine is turned off at the wall.the easiest way is,by carefully putting a small flat blade screwdriver under the plastic ring that holds the door seal to the case of the machine, gently pry the ring off the machine. Now peel the door gasket away from the shell and fold it inwards into the drum.
You may need a torch now. Pushing the gasket back look into the left, front of the machine and on the front of the tub you'll see the fill hose that comes from the soap dispenser. Check that the hose has not come loose, or possibly rubbed a hole in it off the tub. You can re-seal it by just applying standard silicone/mastic.Re-fit in reverse, but firstly open the door gasket clip completely to making fitting possible. Once you've fitted it just give it a good squeeze.

Model wmh148df. Why is it stuck in spin programme?

Your Hoover could have a stuck cycle timer, a defective control board, or failure of some controlled element, for example the pump.

How do i access the fill pipe on a hoover WMH148DF

the fill pipe goes thru the soap tray to the fill to the drum

so remove the soap tray drawer
usualy behind the drawer is the screws to release the inlet matrix

you may find you need only re- attach the pipe with little sruggle

i use some evostic glue let it go tacky place the tube back then tease the clip over with plyers

this forms a good seal

i think perhaps a drum suspension piston isnt so hot
if its throwing pipes off...!!

Hoover 5oom overflows when filling

Check to make sure the the tube that runs from the top panel down to the pressure weir on the side of the outer drum is in place, These can come off with vibrations, if this is ok your pressure/level dial needs to be replaced.

Bra wire's trapped between inner and outer drum,

If you cant pull wire out from inner drum with long nose pliers, Remove heating element and use torch to inspect bottom of washer. Most of the time the obstruction makes its way to the bottom. Use whatever tool necessary to remove spring.

Error number 2 appears on Hoover AAA whisper 1400 washing machine - any help? When it appears which is becoming more regular that it use to be I usually end up putting the washing through a quick spin,...

I downloaded the manual from Hoover website. Error number 2 relates to the washing machine not filling up with enough water. Check the water supply and correct angle of the pipe.

I HAVE A HOOVER HAH2406 MY PROBLEM THAT THE WASHING MACHINE STILL GETTING FILLED BY WATER THOUGH THE MACHINE IS OFF.THE WATER IS FLODDING THEN FROM THE FRONT DOOR

This is either the large pipe that connects from the BOTTOM of the outer drum, to the suds pump inlet, or the pump body itself, or the seal inside the pump. This may be tricky to work out where the leak is coming from, but just use a good torch, with the back removed, and watch it through a short cycle. If it is a plastic pump, they usually have small star-screws holding the 2 parts of the pump body together. Try tightening these, if they are loose. If the machine is over 8 years old and has had a lot of use, it will most likely be the pump seal.
