A better idea than doing something that drastic would be to get online at housecall.trendmicro.com and run that program which includes downloading a perfectly safe file. It will take a while if it is the first time you have ever used TrendMicro but that usually finds all sorts of nasty stuff. Also, you might want to download an anti-virus program called SUPERAntiSpyware. It can find just about anything and the only drawback is it can take a while depending on how large your hard drive is and how much data is on it. BTW, get the FREE edition that lasts for 30 days without annoying ads. After then it starts up with asking you to purchase it, but you don't have to.

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

SOURCE: Can I reset factory settings on Samsung Galaxy tablet

This hard reset can be done even if the device won't seem to power on.

  1. Make sure that it is OFF.
  2. Press the Volume Up and Power button simultaneously and hold them for few seconds.
  3. When you see the logo appear, release the Power button (but keep holding the Volume Up button).
  4. Next you'll see a menu where you can use the Volume Up & Volume Down buttons to navigate across. Check the option labeled as Wipe Data / Factory Reset using the Power button.

Does resetting my tablet to the factory settings get rid of everything

    Hi
The answer is not quite everything, but it will return it to the same state as it was when you opened the box for the first time.
In other words you will lose all your personal settings, pictures, data, WiFi connections, Bluetooth pairings, downloaded apps, etc etc. Everything that you have done on it since you started using it.
It will be exactly as it left the factory
    Cheers
