Question about Kyocera Torque Sprint

My phone would not turn on. Did a complete wipe and restore . Now I have no network connection and none of my apps work. How can I fix it?

Hold power,volume dn kys down until beep then press home and hold all three down at same . Follow prompts from there like load back-ups . Hope you backed up your system. Good luck.

When I try connecting with the 3G only option, why do I lose the network signal?


Try to backup your EFS ,and all related important data on your device,you can get a backup app for EFS on android playstore likewise the app to backup your data,i will recommend super backup, copy the backup folder on your sd card or pc ,wipe your device cache from recovery mode and reset the device after that you need to restore your EFS then restore apn setting

How do i fix app error?


Delete the app and re-install the app.

If it is a system app such as media / phone / calendar and so on. You will have to back up the phone if possible using "blackberry desktop manager", and restore the phone (install/update) using blackberry desktop manager as well.

The restore will wipe the phone, so make sure to back it up first.

My phone wont switch on at all it just says reload software: 522


Most likely, you'll have to completely wipe your device using JL_Cmder. Yes, it's sad, but if you backed up your BlackBerry recently it shouldn't be a huge issue. You'll just have to restore it once you're done. If you haven't backed it up, well, it's a teachable moment. I had mine when my BlackBerry completely fried back in October. Hopefully you can learn from my mistake.
On your PC - and yes, you'll need a PC - you'll need the latest version of BlackBerry Desktop Manager and, for good measure, the latest operating system for your device. Plus, of course, JL_Cmder.
But, before you go wipe your BlackBerry, you might want to try a basic USB connection first. Plug in your Berry and instead of running Desktop Manager, run App Loader. There's a chance the device will connect, and at that point you can root around in the device's files. I'd recommend deleting any recently installed applications, plus any unused theme files - even your current theme, just to be sure. For some reason, third party themes can cause problems. Also, if you can upgrade your OS through App Loader, try that too. Once you do that, disconnect the device and see what's up. If it still doesn't work, onto the device wipe.

My iphone has the image of connecting to itunes when i turn it on, otherwise than that, it turns itself off again. What do i do?


This can happen if the operating system (iOS) gets screwed up on the phone - it happened to me. Don't panic - you can restore the iphone to working order. You need to use iTunes to restore it - use the "Restore" function and iTunes will send a fresh/updated copy of the firmware to the phone. The process can wipe all the stuff you had on the phone (apps, contacts etc) so then you need to copy/sync them again using iTunes after the restore.

My apps wont open every time i click one it just exits out and i tried turning my phone off and on times and they still wont work


Thats a permission problem with the app. If every app does that the quickest way to fix it is to restore the iPhone using iTunes. (It will wipe your iPhone)

My i-pod touch (8Gb) can't connect to internet


This worked for me: Went into SETTINGS > Wi-Fi > Selected my Network (which my iPod said I was already connected to) > Selected "Forget this Network" (which disconnects you from your network) > Re-selected my network and under password, I entered the 'Security Key' from my Verizon FIOS Tech Wizard info and the device accessed the app store successfully.

The signal on my phone does not work, and my phone restarts itsel


Try disabling 3G to see if thats the cause, if so request a new sim card. Menu> Settings > Connectivity > Network > Network mode - set to GSM.

If that doesn't help try the following reset codes, if the first one doesn't solve the problem try the second. The first code will just reset your settings. The second will reset everything and wipe all of your data. Be sure to backup before using either of them.

Enter these like dialing a number:

Reset to factory defaults (*#7780#) : Restores settings but preserves user data (photos, 3rd party apps etc).

Reset (*#7370#) : This reformats completely the C: drive. All applications and files stored on this drive will be lost and clean default files will be rewritten.

If after these codes you still have the problem you will need to contact vodafone as it may be a sim card or hardware fault.

I reset the phone now the apple icon is on screen and is frozen ?


Try connecting it to your computer and doing a restore from iTunes. You can restore to your last backup to restore call history, app data, etc.
