At the time when it starts driving like crazy, the problem occurs mostly after a couple of hours not driving

Seeking the cause, this just happened a second time, the day before that I drove up the hill and I suppose it might then warmed up and that the brush stuck, but that day all drove without problems, I parked it in the morning did not want to go first time...

I found that the problem in the carbon brushes, climb up my house is steep and that the engine overheated and the brush and rapidly spread and run aground, should drive carefully, press the turtle in first gear, will now have to order another pair of original Auriga brush does anyone know the address where I can order?

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

SOURCE: I have a invacare The joystick mk5 will not lite up batt. are new

Some chairs, like the M91 are a real bear to replace the batteries and connectors can get knocked loose in the process. First, using a voltmeter you need to see if the controller is getting power. On the DC setting, use voltmeter at the three-pin female connection at the joystick that is the charging port. The two pins that are opposite each other are the "hot" pins, and your meter should read about 25 volts, +- 2 volts. If its 0, there is a connection that isn't made from the batteries through to the controller, or the controller or joystick is shot. If you do have power to the joystick, then it's probable that the joystick is shot. A new one from Invacare is pricey, around $1,000.00 I have found a new site that can repair most makes. I have not used them, so cannot vouch for their work, but give them a call and see what you think.

If you don't have power, start at the terminals from the battery, and follow each wire back to the power control box, unplug and replug firmly as you work your way back. Check all fuses on the way. Then check all of the other connectors inside the chair, unplug, and reconnect again. Unplug and reconnect the wires leading into the power control box, and then restart chair. If no lights still, then the power control module is probably the culprit, but the address above fixes those too. The joystick and the power control module work together to make the chair operate safely. Good luck

SOURCE: Blinking charge light on Invacare Zoom 300 scooter

Can you try another charger ?

Is it a onboard charger ? if so they do go wrong, Are they supply MK batteries ?

Check the leads from the charger connection socket to the motor controller board.

SOURCE: Scooter motor clicks.

This sounds like you have tripped your circuit breaker. It works just like the one on your house, when you ask too much of it it suddenly goes 'pop' and seems to be dead. Do you know where the circuit breaker is on your model?......
OK this one was hard:) I like a challenge. I have located the User manual for your chair, it does have a circuit breaker, the troubleshooting page even mentions it, but NOWHERE in the whole document does it give its location. Can you beleive that? I have tried other models in your brand, and similar products but none of them show where it is. The best I can find is this link to an online tech manual on maintaining your model. if you scroll down to page 66 it gives a rather indistinct photograph but I hope it helps.

If you need a copy of your User Manual Follow this link. Troubleshooting is on Page 27. Hope this helps.

SOURCE: invacare auriga looses power

Hi. Most probably its the throttle pot ( Wig Wag ) thats causing the problem. I am an Invacare service agent and I have changed these many times for this very reason. Also check motor brushes are not worn down or jaming. Good luck. Neil.

Have power wont start

try to start the car. When it doesn't start , leave the key forward the normal 2 clicks. Look for a light on the dash that says security or antitheft. If you see this light. Go to this link.

When i open car door security lite flashes, car turns over but wont start

Your passkey security system is activated. The key has a transponder chip in it, if the ignition doesnt read that signal correctly, your anti theft will kick in to stop a potential car theif. Try turning the key forward like you are trying to start it. 2 clicks forward, for 10 minutes. Then turn it back and forward again and try to start. This may reset your system. If not, Its probably DEALERSHIP time.
