Question about Samsung Cell Phones
Samsung Mobile Duos GT-c212i
I found the manual for your phone and followed the instructions to download it to computer for reference:
Samsung C3212 Duos Manual User Guide
I searched the entire manual and there is absolutely no mention of an answering facility on the phone itself.
This is not surprising as most networks set their own systems up on the phones (or SIMs) they supply and the service is (or is not) part of the package that they offer.
To activate Voicemail as it is also called you will need to talk to your service provider to set it up for you. You may have been given a number to ring from your mobile to your provider for sorting this type of thing, without incurring charges.
Hope this is helpful, if so would you please register that with Fixya

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

you need to configure the mms settings from your internet menu... but you need the right configuration from your network provider to the settings..
to give you an idea, here's how you may do it.. from your phone, press menu select internet select browser profiles to lead you to internet profile settings.. from your settings, press create. then create the mms profile your network preferred. once created, press save and exit the settings for internet profiles..
to make the mms profiles be the default settings for your mms, do thes steps... from your phone, press menu select settings select phone applications select messages select multimedia from multimedia menu, select profiles assign the mms profiles you created for your multimedia. press save and exit the setup...
now to check if it's working, try sending a multimedia message to your own number to check if your phone can send and receive mms. once you successfully send it and received it, it means that your phone mms is already set and working...
