Question about Honda Carburetor for HS520 Snowblower
Well my best guess is to take the carb a part and clean it and put it Back together and see what Happen,s Ok

Carburetors never need to be adjusted once they have been adjusted at the factory UNLESS something is not right with the carb.
If the gas has been in there since last season I suggest you take the bowl off the carb and see if the Ethanol Gas caused the internal parts to rust. Ethanol gas is a very bad idea that the politicians forced on us without considering the affects
