Try a factory reset to this set, and then check. There are two methods to reset TVs. The first is simple to do; a Hard Reset. The other is somewhat skilled; is a Factory Reset (System Reset). To make it a hard reset, just unplug the TV from AC mains wall socket, and re-plug it back after 15 minutes or so. If you do this by overnight is better. This procedure will make it a hard reset. If you want to make it a system reset [Factory Reset]; you have to enter its service mode option, and select the factory reset option. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Colours are not fitting the picture

Look for any jammed buttons on remote. Remove battery from it. Switch off the TV manually, and wait for some time and switch it on. Now using control panel, try resetting it to what it was.

Consult the manual---the answer lies in the size controls being grayed out so you cannot adjust or try to adjust the vertical size!

Loss of good colour constant blue ghosting to picture, tried adjusting colour and gamma settings, no luck new lamp fitted still same problem. reset to factory settings picture gets worse? help

This will require a technician to repair.

You can do it yourself if you have the service manual and some knowledge of electronic repair, and access to the necessary parts.

It's generally cheaper to buy a new unit than to have one repaired though, unless of course it's under warranty.
