Babylock frozen tight its a eklure plus only used 6 time I've check bobbin cade changed needle although it was fine shut it off and turn it on. Bobbin winder on right side. It threw up a safety warning and. That's all she wrote . this thing has been a headache help

its the problem of the timing belt in your machine its extra loosen or extra tightned or is slightly came out of its position or finally broken.
as the machine is proper just missing the proper speed as it should be .
it is running continuosly as you stated.
check the timing belt and make it proper if its worn out and needs replacement this is how its done

There is an adjusting screw on the right side of the machine head. Follow the motor bracket to the machine head and loosen that big old screw or bolt which will raise or lower the motor giving you slack to remove or replace the belt.

there are a couple of things that come to mind.  
Bobbin:   wound with uneven tension.  Try taking the bobbin, rewind that thread onto another bobbin and wind slowly.  make sure the thread feeds onto the new bobbin evenly.
upper thread:  catching on something or not flowing off the spool easily.
you're doing well, sounds like you consulted the manual and used your noggin, hang in there and let me know if this doesn't help.  we can troubleshoot some more!

Have you reset the tensions for this machine, look in your manual and follow directions. If this is an Elegante there is also a set of instructions on the machine. On the LCD screen there is a picture of a sewing machine with a question mark, touch it, find Troubleshooting and touch that then find the problem you are having and read. If this does not help take it to a Brother dealer and have it reset so as to keep you machine in good running order.

The thread on the needle of my Elna sewing machine wont pick up the thread on the bobbin and bring it up?
Is your needle in backwards, always the flat shank to the back, make sure it is in all the way up in its housing too. Is it a new needle, not blunt, bent or hooked on the tip, sometimes we don't notice butthe needle is very important and should be changed every 4-6 hours sewing time. The shuttle hook goes around and catches the upper thread during stitch-formation, timing of these two parts is crucial so if this is a machine that has been damaged or do you suspect the timing is out perhaps. If so, technician time.

My thread keeps breaking at the end of my sewing session. not sure why, I've been sewing blocks for a quilt and I've tried to change the thread
Upper thread breaks
1.needle may be in backwards
Correct needle insertion
Correct needle insertion is mandatory for proper use of sewing machine.
Raise the needle bar to the highest point, then loosen the clamp screw to remove the old needle, place the new needle in the clamp with the flat side to the back of the machine or if using a round needle--the groove in the needle should face away from the shaft.
Push the needle all the way up to the stop or as far as it will go, then tighten the needle clamp screw
2.upper tension may be to tight--try 3 to 5
3.the needle may be bent or damaged--try rolling the needle on a flat surface to see if it's bent or not
4.thread may be hanging up in bobbin case--check area for loose threads or lint

Lower thread breaks
The most probable cause of lower thread breaking is improperly wound bobbin
1.always start with a empty bobbin
Never wind one color over the other
2.choose thread that is identical in color & type as the one to be used for upper threading
3.wind the bobbin evenly across & in layers
4.don't wind the bobbin so full that it would be tight & hard to insert into bobbin case
5.bent bobbin--replace
6.lint built up in the bobbin case--frequent cleanings will eliminate this problem, the more often you use the sewing machine the more often it needs to be cleaned
7.thread catching on the bobbin spring or latch on bobbin case, check to see that the bobbin is inserted completely & correctly, & that you are using the right kind of bobbin .
