MSI Beep codes are fairly standard for their motherboards, but based on the BIOS they have in them. Considering it's only two beeps and no more, it sounds like your memory is bad. See the following page at MSI: https://forum-en.msi.com/faq/article/bios-beep-codes

Gives 3 beeps 2 short and one long

Dear Steve Thompson,
It will be Beeeep Beep Beep and it indicates failure of the motherboard's graphics section. Switch off power to your PC, remove the RAM stick/s, clean their contacts (and the sockets in which they sit), with a brush and replace them carefully and start over and see if it still gives you the beeps. If YES then get motherboard repaired if possible.
Most of the problems are solved simply by cleaning the RAMs contacts and replacing them.

Hope it helps.

Sounds like bad or incompatible memory. I would replace the stick giving you issues, try to find a matching memory stick to the one that is working.

Hope this helps

It does not start, gives one long beep (about 2-3 seconds) silence and beep again

Switching DDR cards solved the problem. I was getting long beeps every 2 seconds. No short beeps. Just one long beep every 2 seconds. Thanks Josh Whitehead.
