Question about Garden
Have replaced o rings several times but under pressure it simply blows the o ring out every time
It probably has a crack in the plastic somewhere. very hard to see when not under pressure, as soon as the pressure hits it the o ring pops.

You purchased the wrong o-rings, the o-rings that you purchased are for the hose ends. Karcher doesn't offer the o-rings for this valve but do offer a replacement unloader valve. See attached link to read more about the revised valve or to purchase

Not sure about the o-ring problem but mine once leaked from the trigger, I found out I'd stored it without making sure it was empty of water, this had frozen & cracked something inside.
