Use the general power key that is marked as [^], [Y^x] or [X^y]. Enclose the fractional exponent (1/3) in parentheses.
You can also look for a general root key, marked as [x Root]. To use this key, press the root index (3 for example), followed by [x Root] and then enter the argument. If the index of the root is even ( 2, 4, 6, ...) the argument (inside the root) must be a positive number.
