I purchased a Munchkin Contender boiler wall unit in 2007. It's been serviced maybe once. It is throwing out an F13 error code which pertains to a low-speed fan. It should still be under warranty, but need to have it serviced. Is there a chance that it can right itself by just resetting the unit or is it likely thta the fan has to be replaced? Is that covered under a warranty? I live in Elgin, IL and need a reputable serviceman that understands these units. Can you help?

Controller fails to detect door lock triac correctly
This error code is displayed if the main control unit fails to detect the door lock triac correctly. Also, if the controller cannot unlock the door after 240 seconds after the cycle is completed then this error will be shown.
If displayed switch the washing machine off completely, recommend disconnecting it from the mains supply for a few seconds. Switch it back on and the controller will attempt to unlock the door once more but, if it fails to do so in the same 240 seconds the error code will be displayed once more.
Check all wiring and connectors between the main controller and the door lock
Check main control unit, probably requires to be replaced
Dispenser Circuit Error
If the dispenser motor is not able to be driven to it's proper position.
Check mechanical linkage from dispenser motor to the top of the dispenser
Check Wire Harness connections to the dispenser motor and Central Control Unit (CCU)
Check Dispenser Motor

The F10 error code on a Munchkin Boiler is flame sense. Sometimes removing the flame rectifier probe and cleaning it resolves this issue. If this doesn't work, you should call in a certified Munchkin tech. I have heard that realignment of the front case has to be done so the ground path is completed for the rectifier to work properly. This must be done by a pro, however.
I understand you have the Frigidaire CFEF372ES1 range, correct ? I also understand based on your post you're getting the F13 error message, correct ? This range is built by Frigidaire as you know and according to their service manual, here's what it is and what you can do ...I will also add, **Fault codes are not a foolproof system. Never assume that a part has failed based on a displayed faultcode. **
...If you pull/slide the unit away from the wall and unplug it or turn the house breaker off for 30 seconds to a minute the control should reset. That should do it...unless the EOC (electronic oven control) has failed. Let me know how you make out and if you need anything further I'll be glad to help in any manner I can. Good luck. Regards, Macmarkus :)
F13 indicates "Dispenser Circuit Error" in your washer. If the dispenser motor is not able to be driven to it's proper position this error code appears.Check mechanical linkage from dispenser motor to the top of the dispenser. The wire harness connections to the dispenser motor and Central Control Unit (CCU) would have been faulty so check for those. Also do a final check on dispenser motor.
Hello, the F13 means "Dispenser Circuit Error", if the dispenser motor is not able to be driven to its proper position. Check the following: 1. Check mechanical linkage from dispenser motor to the top of the dispenser. 2. Check wire harness connection to the dispenser motor and Central Control Unit and lastly 3. Check dispenser motor. Thanks
