Try contacting the sewing machine manufacturer, they may send you one or provide a link for downloading.

Ok, that sounds ridiculous. Hopefully someone with the same machine can burn you a copy of the disk.

I have the email that singer company sent me saying the disk was no longer available....

Yes, it sounds ridiculous that a big company like that would not be able to burn you a disk or send you a copy.

Another thought would be to look on eBay for someone selling a machine with the disk. Maybe you can get them to burn you a copy if you contact the seller.

My top thread does not pick up the bobbin thread. I broke a needle in it the other day and replaced the needle and now having trouble with the bobbin thread. It is not turning? I am very new to embroidery....

Take off your throat plate and make sure that there is not a piece of your needle still in there, brush it out and oil your machine if it needs it. Now rethread.

I have a new windows 7 computer and want to use my white 4400 embroidery machine on it. How do I load a new driver for my machine?

Unfortunately, it seems that the company that bought the White brand (SVP) has no interest in creating new drivers for the machine. Is your computer running the 32-bit or the 64-bit version of Windows 7? (Start > Control Panel > System and Security > System. If you see x64, you have the 64-bit version.)

If you have the 32-bit version, you can try the compatibility mode. With the White USB drive connected to the computer, right click on the installer instead of normally running the installer. Then choose Properties and then the Compatibility tab. Turn on Run program as Compatible with the appropriate OS. Then right click again on the installer and choose Run as Administrator. Then check if the program itself is running in the compatibility mode by right clicking again and choosing Properties.

A method that will work is to use a computer (virtual, dual-boot, or true second machine) with an older version of Windows installed. If you have Win7 Pro or Ultimate, you can create a virtual XP computer for free. Download and install Virtual PC and XP mode from Microsoft. Install them in order. Then install the XP software that came with the sewing machine in the virtual computer and it will work. (Other virtual computer programs are Parallels and VMWare.) All of the other options will require a licensed version of the older Windows OS.

I hope this helps.

STELL NEED HELP

Click on your White Program Icon on your Computer. At file ask it to load a file, make sure it searches the directory where your embroidery files are located, just click on each image and once it's loaded send it to the machine by clicking on the USB Icon in your tools bar. This will load the image into Navigator, you will have to repeat the steps for each image.

WHITE 4400

Did you accidently clear it in the Navigator screen? If so you just erased the pre-installed patterns. These can be re-installed by using the CD that came with your machine. They are all on the disk, you may have to load each pattern individually but they are on the disk.
