My son's old battledome game is intact and good shape except no instructions on how to play or change the battery. The battery currently in the game is still working but how do we put in a new one?

I would look on the underside of the dome for a small trap door with a screw in it. Once you unscrew the trap door it should tell you what kind of batteries you need.

All doors lock with remote except drivers door

Is this a change from what the locking feature used to do? If so, it could be that you have a drivers side door lock solenoid that's going bad. Some security systems are programmed that way, so that if the doors are all unlocked you can lock all but the drivers side door with one press of the lock button, enabling you to get into your car on the drivers side, while an "undesirable" is locked out and unable to open any doors on the opposite side of the car. That feature would be by design, but can probably be changed based on your preference. Consult your security system's documentation for details.

My play button wont work

The only thing I can think of is try new batteries. I know when mine plays and then shuts off by itself, the battery needs to be changed.
Hope it helps

RCA remote does not work consistently. I could use a universal remote, except then I couldn't use the guide feature which I really love. Yes, I have changed the batteries.

www.replacementremotes.com has any remote that you would need that is the exact replacement for your model. Just enter the model of your set, and they will have the remote that origionally came with your model.

Clock battery won't recharge

Change to Ni-Mah rechargeables at the highest capacity you can find. If still in trouble it will suggest the internal battery has died - and a replacement is a repair job which will be pricey if feasible So just live without that feature.
