Factory reset does not affect the Meep's registration/parent account. This is something OSI must do for you. You can either call 800-853-8883, email firstname.lastname@example.org, or contact the Meep support team on Facebook as Meep Tablet - US. Simply provide your serial# and ask that your parent account be 'cleared' of the previous user's information.
