Question about Dryers
Lamps Plus told me to look for Concord model # but I did not find one. Did find Series 5200-4/3 Serial # HC1131 on a label attached to top of fan's motor housing.
Have you searched the Internet? You can find just about anything concerning just about anything on it. If not, try one of the home improvement stores or maybe you have a store near where you live that carries Concord fans.
If none of this results in success, you may be able to find a "universal kit" to install on your fan.

SOURCE: ceiling fan
there is a run capacitor inside the motor thats probably bad but 99% of the time its just not worth fixing these things unless you really like the style and color. Good Luck

This is not a 'promo' for Home Depot but you will find the screws there that you need.
You will need 15 screws, with an 'unfinished' appearance, for the attachment of the five blades to the arms, and 10 screws that have a smooth rounded finish to attach the arms to the motor housing. If they do not have it in stock they can order ot for you.
If you have an electrical fan store in your area you should be able to find the items there as well.
If you have an old discarded ceiling fan, take the screws out of it and try them on your current fan, they should work.
Good luck. :)

There are a bout three screws that hold the light part to the fan.
Make note of the wiring before you disconnect it also.
Remove the screws and the wiring will be exposed as the light part drops down...
Check the diameter of the light parts and find a new light kit that will fit it...
The Hampton Bay fans are exclusive to Home Depot, so most any of their light kits will fit, but any kit the right diameter will work..

Hampton Bay is an exclusive brand of Home Depot. They would be the ones to help you with that. BUT .. from my experience I would say that the cost and trouble of getting and replacing the motor in that fan would be easilly rivalled by the cost and ease of buying and installing a new fan all together.
