Question about Zanussi Washing Machines
Most dehumidifiers have a switch near the top right of the tank or left. When the tank gets full it tips out a bit and trips the switch to turn it off and light the indicator. Make sure the tank is sitting properly as I have done this before, and had the same problem, or check and adjust the sensor(if possible) to fix the problem. The tank not sitting right can cause it to trip the switch with a mostly empty tank.

Error E20 means the machine has failed to pump out. 1st check the filter at the bottom right hand side there may still be water inside if so pull the grey tab to the left of the filter there should be a thin hose extend it put it into a shallow dish and pull the cap off to let the water drain this may be a slow process. When the filters out look into the hole with a torch to see if any obstructions in the pump impeller this looks like a cross. If the filters and pump are clear it may be the pump has failed.

Locate the filter at the botton front right of washer, behind a drop down cover.
Unscrew anti- clockwise to remove and clean.
If still no go, then you need to check the brushes in the motor.
Hope this helps.
