This sounds very much like a virus infection. Do you have Anti-virus software? Is it up to date? If you are not familiar with de-infecting a computer, you should get assistance from someone who does, BestBuy, Staples, etc.
Try clearing your browser cache and cookies and everything including
the history. Go to tools and then select Clear Private Data/Clear
History. Close your browser and then log in to your account and then
try again.
Same thing happened to my first PS3 about a week after i got it, called SONY tech support to troubleshoot but did not work, they decided to send me a warranty replacement, I havent had an issue with my new PS3. I recommend you do the same.
