Sounds like sled motor [the motor that help to spin the disc inside] is faulty. This is purely a mechanical fault. Contact any service technician. I think the problem is for this the disc may be damaged. Or dont use copies this freezez and ruines the system, there may be a microchip problem i sugest return it and ask for compesasatin
