Question about Samsung Cell Phones
I have tried AutoPage and Vodacom and both could not transfer from one cell to the other.
Copy your data to your PC using Blackberry Desktop and copy it to your Samsung from your PC.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

you need to pair it first to your laptop or computer's bluetooth before you can send any data.
do these steps..
1. open your bluetooth from your computer, make it discoverable, and select add device. open your bluetooth from your phone, in the same way, make it discoverable so your pc will search for it. once searched, select your device and click next. it will install, it will ask for a pairing passcode it's up to you to assign this both on your pc and your phone, just use 1, so you can remember it easily. once paired you can send any files from your phone to your pc.
if the phone bluetooth driver was asked during the installation, just install the pc suite software that comes with your phone and let your phone be discover again through bluetooth by your pc.

you can surf the net on a wifi network even of you dont have a data plan. turn the wifi on then select "set up wifi network" then just follow the instructions to be able to connect to the network. if you still can't after doing this, it might be because the signal of the network is not that strong.
regarding the bluetooth, go to media, then press the menu button (the bb logo), then select "receive via bluetooth" for your bb to receive the file from your laptop/other phones.

SOURCE: hi, i have samsung galaxy
Go to contacts, press menu button (the left touch button) then press "Import/Export" then you have all the options you need.
-If part of your contacts are stored on your SIM card, then you need to import them
-When you have all the contacts on your phone you can Export them to your SD card, which you can access from your laptop
-Furthermore: all your contacts are synced to your Google account, so you don't ever have to worry about losing them.

This is controlled in your settings menu under 'Fixed Dial'. (or similar command). You will need to change this setting.
I do not have a copy of the user guide for your phone but for most phones these are the directions:
When you turn on fixed dialing, you
can call only numbers stored in the
fixed dial list.
Turn fixed dialing on or off:
- > Settings > Security > Fixed Dial
Use the fixed dial list:
- > Settings > Tools > Dialing Services
> Fixed Dial
