Question about Car Audio & Video
Unplug it to attempt a reset, if it doesn't come back on, check the output wires to see if there is a short circuited speaker wire. (Test across positive and negative apeakers to see if there is a short to ground or to see if there is a very low resistance connection causing the outputs to go into protection. either replace the speaker if so, or wiring, depending on what's bad. If there was a low impedance speaker lower than 4 ohm, most likely it is going into protection. this could happen if more than one speaker is connected to one output, or, if two sets of speakers with crossovers are connected causing shorted circuitry. If it doesn't have an issue, maybe the ouputs are blown? if so it's bad, replace it.

I got through to tech support. For problem of no audio from DVD or CD (can only hear radio), reverse the Blue wire (power antenna) and the Blue/White wire (external power amplifier). This should solve the problem.

The pink wire is the safety wire so that you can not watch the screen (during a video) unless your car is in park. You can either connect it to a ground or completely bypass it by typing the code 543210 in the menu screen and turning the safety feature off.
