From the main menu click on Format, Page, then choose one from among five envelope sizes available from the Paper format. Available envelop sizes are DL, C6, C6/5, C5 and C4. Click OK. You must now be able to see in the print menu the envelope size you just chose.

SOURCE: Printing #10 envelopes with 5100cn,

You can download the manual for your printer here. You merely need to go to the word processor or program you're printing from and load the addresses and send them to the printer. Try just one as a test to make sure your margins and spacing are set up correctly.
For Dell specs on print media guidelines for your machine, see here. For a blurb about en velope loading, see here. All options here.
I hope this information allows you to resolve this issue. If you need further assistance, please post back with a comment to this thread.
If I've managed to answer your question or solve a problem, please take just a moment to rate this post....thanks!

How to print both return address and to address on ?size 10 envelopes

Open Microsoft Office Word.
Open File > Page Setup > Paper size > Envelope #10 (in Office Word 2003)
or
Open Page Layout > Size > Envelope #10 (in Office Word 2007 / 2010)

Then type the address like usual typing and print it.

I've found website to do this manually, but I'm not sure what the printer is. You can check out in here :

I have a Pixma MX870 and I can't find out from the manual or anywhere online how to print envelopes. Please help! Is it anywhere in the manual? Pat Heer

You have to use the top rear tray to load envelopes for printing.
Open the Paper Support, raise and tip it back.
Slide the paper guides to open and load the envelopes in the middle.
The envelopes are place with the address side facing up
and the flap facing down on the left side.
Slide the paper guides until they just touch the envelopes.
You have to set the printer driver.
Select Envelope in Commonly Used Setting or Media Type.
Select DL Env. or #10 in the Envelope Size Setting
Select Landscape in Orientation.
You can load up to 10 envelopes.

How to print the envelopes on samsung laser printer CLP-310

Hi,
Try printing address on envelope with MS Word as it has the facility under Tools/Envelopess where it will store the 'from address'

Both addresses are fully ajustable ie. left or right, up or down - no doubt there are other programmes for your purpose.

Thanks
I usually print the 'from' address in the top left hand corner on the
DL sized envelopes

Dont no how to print on envelopes, they seem to be to long to go in where paper fits

When you open up your printer settings (got to printer and right click on properties), go to the advanced tab. In there you'll find various setting for print quality and paper sizes, choose envelopes. Make sure you insert the envelopes into you printer as specified on the printer.

Where can I get instruction to print envelopes on Dell Printer 962?

It's not rocket science, place the envelope(s) in the tray, and adjust the guides so they're snug, and print the envelope from your "envelopes and mailings" (within MS office program) or whatever you 'mail program' you use.
I suggest to run a test or two, with a sheet of paper cut in half, (so it's the same size as your #10 envelope) to make sure you have it placed in the proper orientation- same with ANY printer.

I am too stupid to print an envelope

No, your not. The M24 has to be the hardest machine on earth to print an envelope on, It is the biggest headache I have ever seen in printing. Here are the instructions and good luck.

NOTE: The PCL driver is the only driver supported for printing envelopes. There is no support for printing to envelopes using the Adobe PostScript® printer driver. It is necessary to complete all steps to successfully print envelopes.

NOTE: If printing through a server, changes to the driver must be made at the server level.

To set up the custom size paper for the printer:

NOTE: The setup of the custom size paper is a one-time step. Once the custom size is setup it remains an available paper size until it is changed.
  1. At the workstation, click on [Start], point to [Settings], then select [Printers].
  2. Right-click on your printer and select [Properties] from the menu. The Printer Properties window will be displayed.

NOTE: Use the custom size paper in the printer driver when printing within an application.

  3. Select the [Configuration] tab.
  4. Select [Bypass Feed Orientation] and make sure it is set to Portrait in order to feed the envelopes long edge feed (LEF).
  5. Select [Custom Paper Size].
  6. Select one of the five custom sizes.

NOTE: There are five custom sizes that can be set up for use in the printer driver properties. Custom Paper Size can be given an individual name by selecting [Name]and typing the name for the custom size, such as, envelope. The name will then appear as an option in output size.

Three types of envelopes are supported:
Type for Envelope Metric Size Imperial Size Monarch 98.4 mm x 191 mm 3.9 x 7.5 Inch Commercial #10 105 mm x 241 mm 4 x 9.5 Inch DL 110 mm x 220 mm 4 x 8.6 Inch
  1. Enter the short edge and long edge values for the envelope size you are using. The driver will now show the new custom size as one of the choices in Output Size.
  2. Click [OK].
To set your printing preferences for the printer:
  1. At the workstation, click on [Start], point to [Settings], then select [Printers].
  2. Right-click on the printer you want to print envelopes and select [Properties] from the menu that will be displayed.
  3. Select [Printing Preferences].
  4. Select [Tray 5] (Bypass) for the Paper Source.
  5. Select [Heavyweight 2 (170-220 g/m²)] for the Paper Type.
  6. Select the custom size you created for envelopes for the Output Size.
  7. Click [OK] twice to exit the Printing Preferences and the Properties windows.
To print envelopes at the workstation using Microsoft Word®:
  1. Open your Word application.
  2. Select [File] on the top left of the toolbar.
  3. Select [Print] from the menu. The Printer window will be displayed.
  4. Select the printer that you will use to print the envelopes. This printer will use the same driver where you defined the custom paper size.
  5. Select [Close].

NOTE:If you do not select the correct driver you will not be able to select the correct paper size in Page Setup.
To print envelopes at the workstation using Microsoft Word Page Setup:
  1. Open your Word application.
  2. Select [File] on the top left of the toolbar.
  3. Select [Page Setup] from the menu. The Page Setup window will be displayed.
  4. Select the [Paper Size] tab.
  5. Use the paper size pull-down to select the paper size you defined in the driver. The paper size will be listed by the name you gave it in the driver setup. The default will be custom 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5.
  6. Make sure the orientation is set to Landscape and select [OK]. At this point edit the page with the information you want printed on the envelope.
  7. Select [File] from the toolbar.
  8. Select [Print].
To load envelopes at the printer:

Load the envelopes into Paper Tray 5 (Bypass Tray). The orientation needs to be long edge feed (LEF) with the flap closed and the flap side at the lead edge, and the print side facing down. The printer is now set to print on the envelope.

NOTE: Load a maximum of 10 envelopes into Tray 5 (Bypass Tray) at a time. You may be able to fit a few more depending on the envelope's thickness but do not exceed the max fill line on the tray. The envelope may wrinkle depending on its weight and stiffness. The machine is not designed to handle high-capacity production envelope printing.

Trouble printing envelopes on kodak esp3 printer

Have you tried this procedure?
----------------------------------------------------------
Loading Envelopes
You can load plain envelopes into the paper tray of your Kodak ESP 3 All-in-One printer.
Important Do not use envelopes with cutouts or cellophane windows.
1 Remove any other paper from the paper tray.
2 Insert one or more envelopes into the right side of the paper tray with the print side down and
the envelope flaps on the right, pointing left.

3 Squeeze the paper-width guide and move it to its right-most position up against the envelopes.
4 Leave the paper tray open while the envelopes are loaded.

If you have and it's not printing correctly, there is probably a problem with the document you're trying to print.
