I have electrolux washing machine EWF10741 one resistor on the control board was burned out R57 What is the Value of that resistor?

I have the same fault. I'm in Malaysia. The R57 is the blow out resistor for the "compter section of the board. Mine appears to have been caused by the Transient Voltage suppressor clamping. TRSB1 and possibly the diode (ultra fast rectifier) D5.. Did you find the resistor value?

How do i fix a blown fuse in my electrolux ewf 1083 washing machine?

I do not know of any fuse within the machine except incorporated thermal fuse in the heating element. He is not replaceable, you must replace the entire heating element.

Error code e40 on my washing machine electrolux ewn 16781 w

Hi,
The Error E40 warning means the door is not properly closed. The E40 error code indicates a loss of electrical power usually but not always due to the door not shutting properly or not locking. But, since you smelled burning it could be any electrical short that blew a fuse and shut the machine down. It could also be the motor windings with the internal overload protector shutting it down.
